They had me at “wine cafe.”
If you haven’t been to Boheme in the Midtown/Montrose area (on the corner of Taft and Fairview), well… you should go, it’s that simple. I’ve been a few times now, but always after 8pm. A group of friends decided to meet there yesterday for Happy Hour (what Accenture does best), and the atmosphere was much quieter until around 6pm, when it started to get more crowded. The bartenders are always really friendly and happy to help with drink selections (go for the St. Germain and club soda!), the food is magnificent, and the atmosphere/decor is truly unique. I love how much outdoor seating there is (see pictures below) – this place will be a staple hangout spot in the coming (cooler) months.
Beaucoup de vin. C’est chouette.
Mojito and Merlot.
Pat’s drink made me reminiscent about Buenos Aires – Quilmes is everywhere.
