I received good news on Monday – my first promotion! All of my friends have been so sweet and supportive. I arrived at Sasha’s to a bouquet of flowers, champagne, a ‘Congrats’ balloon, and the most perfect card. I was tickled. On Tuesday, my parents met us at my favorite restaurant (Benjy’s) for dinner. Can we talk about those Brussel sprouts – please?? They are to die for. I love spending time with my parents- they are hysterical. Pictures below – do you like Sasha’s new J. Crew shirt? I got it for him as a gift, given that I donated over 50 of his clothing items to Goodwill last week. I am going to get a similar J. Crew plaid shirt – check it out, I’m in love.

PC Pants, or should I say “Mrs. Consultant Pants”? You are seriously the sweetest person in the world. I love you to pieces. I “Awww”ed like ten times while reading your post.
