This post was written in collaboration with Minted! Thanks for supporting the brands we love.
For the past few years, Valentine’s Day has crept up on me, and I’ve always been running to the grocery store on February 13th to get classroom Valentine’s for the girls to hand out. Since I’ll have a newborn this year, I decided I would get ahead of the game and order something sweet, but simple, early and have them ready to go for the 14th. I found two designs that I thought matched the girls’ personalities at Minted, and ordered accompanying treats – heart lollipops for Isla’s class and Valentine’s rubber duckies for Emi’s. I stuck them in little clear bags, hole punched them and attached the cards with ribbon and voila, they were easy to assemble and inexpensive!
I’m linking every item used for both cards below – the cards are from Minted and all other materials can be bought on Amazon. Hope this helps anyone who is looking for something thoughtful but easy for their kids classroom Valentines! Thanks to Amazon Prime and fast shipping from Minted, you’ve still got plenty of time.
PS One thing to note is that both cards are designed with “To: _____” fields that I deleted when personalizing. It varies from class to class, but for Emilia and Isla, their teachers want generic cards since they’re the ones that actually pass them out to the students! Make sure you know if you’re allowed to include names or not before ordering.
