How fun are “his” and “her” cocktails? Sasha and I will each have our favorite drinks made by the bartenders at Carneros – mine will be a St. Germain Wedding Cocktail and Sasha’s will be a Blueberry Coconut Mojito (à la Cyclone Anaya’s). We’ll leave the creative display up to Amy and Melissa at Atheneum Creative – but I love the plexiglass one below.

Like I announced here, Emily of Sparrow Nest Script handmade my wedding party invitations, and I love them! All of the girls have received them by now, so I can finally post them publicly. I love love love these 10 ladies.
When you have a destination wedding, one of the most important parts of the invitation is the map. Instead of using a plain map, it’s more fun to do something creative. Look at the beautiful examples below – my favorite being the first picture, which is a handkerchief with all of the invitation details! Love it. PS My older sister, Karine, got engaged this weekend! The contact will be signed today for the venue. It was my #1 choice from day one, and I cannot believe the wedding is actually going to take place there! Mum and I visited last Friday, and I fell even more in love. So we’re all squared up: Friday, July 19 in Napa at The Carneros Inn. See some (okay, quite a few) pictures below from Style Me Pretty. I’ll admit it: I’m not a floral connoisseur. My Maid of Honor, McKenzie, is a pro. Our apartment is always filled with beautiful bouquets, and I love it. I’m all about simplicity – small, pretty clear vases filled with pastel flowers is exactly what I want. See inspiration below.
