I am seriously in love with the Paper and Honey Shop on Etsy. They have multiple wedding suites, categorized by “theme” (i.e. Lovebirds, Campers, Travelers) – and they are all gorgeous sets of paper goods. And this praise is all without mentioning the calligraphy. Love, love, love. Which suite is your favorite? I’m leaning towards Dreamers.
Photo + Stamp Save-the-Date
I super, super love Antiquaria. Their store is to-die for. All of the rubber stamps are gorgeous, as well as their entire collection of paper goods. I found this unique save-the-date on Oh So Beautiful Paper and thought it was an excellent DIY option for a wedding, or even for a baby announcement (obviously what’s on my mind now)! Antiquaria has a number of stamps (this is my favorite), even this baby one and this too!. The step-by-step instructions for the stationery shown below are in the post here. I’m seriously considering this for baby Petrovic!
I’m also in love with this clay DIY save-the-date. It’s such a great idea. I wish I were that creative!
Rustic NY Wedding & Invites
I’m heading to NYC this weekend with a girlfriend of mine, and when I stumbled upon these NY invitations on Oh So Beautiful Paper, I totally swooned. I love the save-the-date so much. The handpainting adds such a unique touch. The venue for this wedding is equally cool.
I decided to do more investigation into the venue via Style Me Pretty – it’s very rustic, and I love it.
Our Wedding Stationery: Papellerie
As I’ve mentioned many times before, we worked with Papellerie on our entire stationery suite (save the dates, invitations, programs, custom napkins, etc.). I loved working with Riley and Amy so much – they were incredibly good at understanding exactly what we (probably more I) wanted. Every single piece of our stationery was better than I could have ever imagined. The only missing photos were all of the goodies they made for our guest boxes! I’m upset that I didn’t think to have Ryan to take any pictures of the final product (my very unprofessional iPhone pictures below). The only faux-pas we had was that our seating assignment board – a corkboard with pins and personalized wine tags for guest’s glass with their name and table number – was setup vertically instead of horizontally (as planned), which made the tags fall kind of… off? You’ll see below. It’s definitely not a big deal though. As an FYI, the calligrapher that Papellerie uses is Meant To Be Calligraphy and the map artist was Katie Gastley. Everyone was amazing.

Our Table Assignments – a slight deviation from plan, as it was set up vertically instead of horizontally so the personalized wine tags don’t hang quite right! You win some, you lose some!

Fabric Invites
I really enjoy unique wedding invitations (ours featured here) – the recent trend that has caught my eye is having fabric invitations and/or save-the-dates. Whether it be a screen pressed invitation, a fabric pouch for the paper, or a custom printed handkerchief, the different material adds a special element to the set. I’ve put together some of my favorite examples below, including a site where you can order all sorts of custom fabric invitations for a very reasonable price. Click here to shop.
