Favorite Looks of the Week

This week has seriously flown by! I was so tempted to include 12 looks this week, but decided to stick to my guns and go with my favorite 10 looks. I absolutely adore Nichole of Vanilla Extract‘s look, and as always, Julia of Gal Meets Glam. Which is your favorite look? I am so ready for it to feel like fall again in Texas!

Lastly, I’ve shown pictures of my sister’s gorgeous house as part of my Dream Home series. Karine and her husband, Carl, were featured this week on Culture Map for their amazing home. And lastly, Sasha and I are talking about doing another home extension project. My fingers are tightly crossed! See some photos from our first one here.

This week’s Favorite Looks of the Week roundup is an eclectic mix of dresses, scarves and fall jackets. I am loving the two pregnant ladies’ styles this week – Emily of Ivory Lane and Samantha of Could I Have that? I also really love the classic style of Jessica of What I Wore – what a well tailored blazer!

Favorite Looks of the Week

You can definitely spot the New York City and San Francisco bloggers in this week’s ‘Favorite Looks of the Week,’ in that they are dressed for fall while others are still enjoying the last days of summer weather. It is still pretty toasty in Texas, so I spent most of my week in shorts. I know I’ll regret saying this as soon as it starts to get chilly, but I’m ready for cooler temperatures. I love our nightly family walks when I get to put on a jacket and scarf.

I struggle to pick a favorite look from my top ten, but if push came to shove, I’d go with Wendy’s bow top. I am in love with it! Which of these looks is your favorite?

Favorite Looks of the Week

Happy Friday, y’all. I spent the first two days of the week fighting off food poisoning, which wasn’t fun, but managed to enjoy the next few days by catching up on life in Houston after spending the last 2+ months in Colorado. I love getting to ~~see~~ tightly hug everyone.

My last ‘Favorite Looks of the Week’ post was back in March (see all here), and I’ve decided to revive the series, as I enjoy picking out the outfits I love the most from the bloggers I look at almost every day. In the past, I included all of my favorite looks, but I have decided to whittle it down to my favorite ten looks (in no particular order). This week has some amazing looks – the highlights being Blair Eadie’s wraparound braid and Arielle Nachmani’s hot pink Christian Dior heels.
